FileFixPro is designed so that privacy is the default, not a setting. The core principle is simple: your files are processed 100% in your browser and are never uploaded to any server.

Local processing

All conversion, compression, merging, splitting, and analysis happen on your own device using standard web browser APIs (the Canvas, File, and client-side JavaScript libraries). Your file is read from your device, transformed in memory, and written back out as a download. It never travels over the network to us.

What we do not collect

• We do not receive, store, or transmit the contents of any file you process.
• We do not keep copies of your files, because we never receive them.
• We do not require an account, so we do not collect your name or email to use the tools.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics to understand which tools are popular and to keep the site working. This analytics data does not include the contents of your files and cannot be used to reconstruct them.

Cookies

The site itself does not require cookies to run the tools. Any analytics cookie is non-essential and can be blocked without affecting functionality.

Third-party libraries

File rendering libraries (for example, the PDF viewer used by the PDF-to-Image tool) may load their code from a public CDN at runtime. Loading code is not the same as uploading your file: your document bytes still stay on your device. You can verify this with your browser's network inspector — no file data is sent.

Contact form

If you send a message via our contact form, the name, email, and message you submit are transmitted to and stored by Web3Forms (web3forms.com) solely to receive and respond to your inquiry. We do not use this information for marketing, and we never sell, trade, rent, or transfer it to third parties. You may request deletion of your submission at any time by emailing [email protected].
